Piven Theatre Workshop, founded in 1980, is a nationally respected acting training center in Evanston, IL. For over 50 years, Piven has helped students find their unique voices through improvisation, theatre games, scene study, and story theatre, developing creative thinking, empathy, risk-taking, and communication skills. They offer youth and adult classes, summer camps & corporate training, valuing ensemble work and artistic collaboration.
