Introduces STEM concepts to kids in grades K-4 through hands-on learning and playful exploration with LEGOs.

Engages students in grades 4-8 in research, problem-solving, coding, and engineering by building and programming LEGO robots.
FIRST Tech Challenge
Provides high school students with the opportunity to design, build, and program robots to compete in a challenging robotics competition.
FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC)
Offers a robotics program where high school students design, build and program industrial-size robots to compete.

Playing At Learning, founded in 2004, inspires youth to pursue STEM careers through robotics programs in partnership with FIRST. They administer FIRST LEGO League Explore (K-4), FIRST LEGO League Challenge (4-8), and FIRST Tech Challenge, engaging 10,000+ K-12 participants annually in Northern California and providing life-changing robotics programs.
