{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Joint Apprentice Training Program
A 5-year apprenticeship program with classroom and hands-on training in plumbing, pipefitting, and refrigeration (HVAC). Graduates receive 1,230 classroom hours and 10,000 on-the-job hours.

UA Local 51 Realty Corp, established in 1992, represents plumbers, pipefitters, and refrigeration technicians in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Formed in 1997 from the consolidation of four local unions, it supports members involved in commercial, industrial, and residential projects. With over 1,200 members, Local 51 is a prominent force in the labor community.
Mission
Local 51 Plumbers, Pipefitters and Refrigeration Technicians are involved in just about every aspect of construction in Rhode Island, Southeastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod and the Islands involving piping in commercial, industrial and residential projects.
