About
Founded in 1972, the Port Ludlow Yacht Club (PLYC) is a vibrant boating and social community with over 200 members. Located between Washington's cruising areas, PLYC offers cruises, races, and social events. Members, both boat owners and social enthusiasts, enjoy reciprocal agreements with 100+ yacht clubs. PLYC supports community service, from waterway cleanup to charitable giving through its Women's Group. With a land-based facility and diverse activities, PLYC fosters boating knowledge, safety, and camaraderie.
Mission
The Port Ludlow Yacht Club is an active boating and social organization with several yearly cruises. It is run completely by members who volunteer their time, with the vast majority of members attending the regular schedule of activities.
