Honors a deceased resident of Preble County who greatly contributed to the county, state, or nation.

Draws attention to local historic sites not registered nationally, through awarding and installing historic plaques.
Conservation Camp
Provides a conservation camp in partnership with the Preble County Soil and Water Conservation District.
