Originally the Precision Valley Free Clinic (PVFC), Valley Health Connections helps residents in Windham, Windsor, and Sullivan counties access healthcare. Partnering with North Star Health and Springfield Hospital, they remove barriers and facilitate access to health insurance, financial assistance for medical bills, needed medications, and dental care for uninsured and underinsured individuals.
