Progressive Directions Inc. (PDI), founded in 1977, supports individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in Middle and West Tennessee. PDI's mission is to provide innovative programs and transformative services, including community integration, supported employment, personal assistance, early intervention, and Buddy Ball. They serve over 1,000 individuals across 12 counties.
