Founded in 1971, the PTA Delaware Congress is dedicated to promoting the welfare of children and youth in Severna Park, MD, from our home at 122 Hoyle Ln. Our mission is to engage families and communities to advocate for children, ensuring their education, health, welfare, and safety are prioritized. We believe in the power of collaboration to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, nurturing a brighter future for all.
