Texas PTA, formed in 1909, unites families and communities to advocate for all children. Originating from the merger of the Texas Congress of Mothers and the Texas Congress of Colored Parents and Teachers, it champions education, offers diverse programs for parents, students, and educators, and empowers them with skills while building community. They offer advocacy programs, scholarships, and the Reflections arts program.
