Quota Club International of Johnstown, PA, founded in 2014, provided household supplies and food to families in need, as well as hearing supplies for the hard of hearing. Quota International's mission was to empower women, children, the Deaf, hard of hearing, and people with speech difficulties. Quota USA, the national organization, dissolved in 2024.
