Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Tiny Tumblers
Designed for the youngest students to explore gymnastics in a safe and playful environment, enhancing coordination and motor skills.
Tumbling Tots
Expands on Tiny Tumblers, continuing to enhance coordination, motor skills and cognitive development through movement and fun.
Rainbow Kids
For 3-4 year olds, this program builds listening skills and encourages cooperation with others in a fun gymnastics setting.
Gym Kids
For 4-6 year olds, using a mix of preschool and full-sized equipment to build skills and encourage stretching.
Novice Level 1
For school age children (5-16), beginner level skills are taught on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Novice Level 2
Requires prior experience, this level continues skill building on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Intermediate
Requires recommendation, focuses on intermediate level skills on vault, bars, beam and floor.
Advanced
Requires recommendation, focuses on advanced level skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Tumbling
Focuses on basic tumbling skills on floor and trampoline for novice students, back handspring required for intermediate.
