REACHING AT-PROMISE STUDENTS ASSOCIATION, founded in 2007, is dedicated to helping over-age and under-credited students, transforming them from 'at-risk' to 'at-promise'. They offer professional development and networking, including conferences, workshops, webinars, and an online resource library. RAPSA brings together education and community leaders to share practices and address the needs of at-promise students.
