Rebuilding Together Duneland, founded in 1997, is a non-profit that brings volunteers together to improve the homes and lives of low-income homeowners in the Duneland area (Chesterton, Porter, and Burns Harbor). As an affiliate of Rebuilding Together, they focus on older adults, people with disabilities, and families with children, ensuring safe and healthy housing.

Rebuilding Together Duneland brings volunteers and communities together to improve the homes and lives of homeowners in need, assuring they live in warmth, safety, dignity and independence. They are neighbors helping neighbors throughout the Duneland Community.
