Established in 1989, Red Rose K-9 S.A.R. Team is a volunteer, non-profit organization that serves its community by utilizing trained Bloodhounds to locate lost persons and criminals. They educate emergency services on using Bloodhounds and have working relationships with police and fire departments. Allen & Patti Means founded the team after a local tragedy.
