Pre-Employment Training
A 4-week paid program for young adults (18-30) to gain job skills, explore careers, earn certifications, and build a support network.
On-The-Job Work Experience
A 5-month paid experience for RJI members to earn credentials, gain work experience on a team, and build industry-specific skills.
Refill Jackson Green Corps
A 5-month environmental workforce training program where members gain work experience in environmental and disaster response projects while earning a stipend and credentials.
