About
Rescuing Animals In Need (RAIN), founded in 2008, is dedicated to rescuing and adopting out animals in the Phoenix area. RAIN focuses on animal welfare by providing vet care and vaccinations to homeless cats and dogs, and also educating the public on responsible pet ownership, including spaying/neutering.

RAIN is dedicated to reducing the number of pets in need through its no-kill animal rescue organization.
