Upstart: Explorations
Mentors 6th-8th graders as they navigate school, friends, family, and life's pressures, providing a supportive environment with homework help and snacks.
Upstart: Career Exploration
Introduces high schoolers to construction trades with math review, hands-on activities, site visits, and character development mentoring.
Upstart: Career Readiness
Provides young adults 18+ with training in math, workforce development, and scholarships for a career in construction trades.
Thursday Night Family Dinner
Offers a monthly free meal with resources and speakers that address specific needs such as housing assistance, financial literacy, and parenting assistance.

Resilient NFP, founded in 2018 in Villa Park, IL, develops youth through mentoring, building maturity and life skills for self-empowerment and leadership. Targeting marginalized youth and families in DuPage County, their programs foster character, independence, and community support to enable success. It began to address social and economic disparity.
