Founded in 1997, Rhode Island Construction Training Academy (RICTA) provides education and training in construction trades. RICTA offers apprenticeship programs in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, pipefitting, roofing, sheet metal, sprinklerfitting, and craft laborer.
