About
The Richfield Historical Society, formed in 1967, preserves and shares the history of Richfield, MN, inspiring a sense of place through its past. It began with the Bartholomew House Museum (1852), showcasing Richfield's agricultural roots. In 2005, the Richfield History Center was established as a resource for discovering the city's history. Their mission is to acquire, document, and preserve the unique story of Richfield.

The Richfield Historical Society preserves and interprets the history of Richfield by collecting and preserving records and articles of interest. They promote interest in and educate the public about the people and events that have shaped the town's rich history.
