Rockland Youth Dance Ensemble (RYDE), est. 1983, nurtures young dancers and theatre artists. RYDE offers a supportive space for education and performance, showcasing local talent. Many alumni have excelled on Broadway, in national dance companies, and regional theatre.
Mission
Rockland Youth Dance Ensemble offers students and emerging artists a space to cultivate their talents in dance and theatre through education and performance opportunities. They also present high-quality dance programs, support artists, offer Arts in Education workshops, and perform for underserved audiences.
