The Rockport Garden Club, founded in 1987, focuses on civic beauty, conservation, community service, and ecology. Volunteers design, plant, and maintain twelve town gardens, enhancing Rockport's beauty. They offer programs on gardening, conservation, and ecology to members and the community, and provide floral arrangements for residents at Den Mar Nursing Home.
Mission
The Rockport Garden Club stimulates the knowledge of gardening among amateurs, aids in the protection of native plants and wildlife, encourages civic planting and beautification, participates in service to the community, and promotes cooperative work in ecology and conservation.
