The Rolando Community Council is a grassroots organization devoted to enhancing life in the Rolando neighborhood of San Diego. Through volunteer-led teams, the council organizes community events, improves local spaces like the Catwalks and Clay Park, and supports Clay Elementary. Founded in 2001, the RCC strives to unite neighbors and foster a thriving community.
