Founded in 2002 after Hurricane Floyd by Devon Hall and Dothula Baron-Hall, Rural Empowerment Association for Community Help (REACH) empowers low-income families and people of color in eastern North Carolina. REACH addresses health, economic, and educational needs through equitable access to resources and opportunities. REACH's mission is to educate and empower residents to lead, ensuring basic human needs are met through quality education, employment, housing, and youth programs.
