The Russ Hiser Memorial Fund, founded in 2013, supports youth golf in the La Crosse area. It raises funds to advance youth golf programs and honor Russell "Bullet" Hiser's memory. The fund supports the La Crosse Middle School and High School golf teams and provides free summer youth golf clinics.
