HOPE: Hands-On Opportunities in Practical Education
Helps academically underperforming junior high students build confidence through hands-on learning and trade-specific skills, especially those financially disadvantaged.
CARE: Community Action and Resource Education
Offers underprivileged senior high school students the opportunity to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals while learning the importance of helping others.
STEM Program
Develops creative science programs to promote understanding of science through hands-on experimentation, recruiting local teachers and community members to assist.

Provides skills-based camps.
Homemakers United Foundation (HUF)
Provides support for HUF’s Low-Carbon New Generation Climate Action Education, cultivating future chefs who cherish food by reducing food waste.

Sponsors universities to implement social responsibility programs that respond to the goals of sustainable development.

The S&P Kao Foundation, established in 2004 by Dr. and Mrs. Min H. Kao, supports transformative initiatives in education, environment, health, human rights, and culture. Originally focused on secondary education in engineering, medical research, and arts & culture, the foundation expanded its outreach in 2020 to include STEM, humanitarian aid, sustainable development, and more. Dr. Kao is co-founder of Garmin.
