The S. S. Huebner Foundation, est. 1940, supports risk management and insurance education. Originally at U Penn, it moved to GA State University in 2012. The Foundation provides scholarships to doctoral students and runs programs like the Huebner/ARIA 3MT & Doctoral Colloquium and the CEAR/Huebner Summer Risk Institute. Its alumni significantly impact insurance education, hold leadership roles, and inform public policy.
Mission
For over 80 years, the Huebner Foundation has supported promising doctoral students pursuing careers in insurance and risk management education and has promoted research addressing important policy and business issues related to risk and insurance.
