About
SACO MEALS PROGRAM, est. 2022, provides free, restaurant-quality meals in a friendly setting to reduce isolation. Originating in 1989 with Most Holy Trinity parishioners, it became an independent nonprofit, supported by volunteers and Good Shepherd Parish. Guests can also take home food from 'The Giving Table,' stocked with donations from local businesses and the Good Shepherd Food Bank.

Saco Meals Program provides free, nutritious meals in a safe and friendly environment, fostering community and reducing isolation for individuals in need. They offer restaurant-quality meals and a welcoming space for socialization.
