Second Century Scholarship Program
Assists students from Saint Paul, Minnesota high schools planning to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.
Centennial Scholarships
Offers $5,000-per-year college scholarships (for up to four years and $20,000 each) to eligible students.
Youth Exchange
Sponsors outbound students for study abroad programs to learn a new language and culture.
