Founded in 1948, the Santa Barbara Flying Club promotes general aviation, develops skills and safety, and provides affordable access to aircraft for its members. With approximately 55 members, the club offers a cooperative way for pilots to enjoy flying without the high costs of aircraft ownership. From new pilots to seasoned aviators, the club fosters a community of flying enthusiasts.
