The Santa Clarita Valley Scholarship Foundation, founded in 1951, rewards local students within the William S. Hart Union High School District for academic accomplishments and financial need, encouraging them to pursue higher education. In 2024, the foundation awarded $77,423 in grants. It is run entirely by volunteers.
