Founded in 2005, Save a Kitty Feral Cat Program Inc. is located in Parkersburg, WV, dedicated to educating the community about TNR (Trap, Neuter, and Return). Our mission focuses on reducing feral cat overpopulation through sterilization and vaccination, ultimately leading to fewer shelter entries and euthanizations. We aim to end suffering and promote compassion through community support, making a positive impact on both cats and the residents of our community.
