Scraps Hope Foundation, est. 2009, supports Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS). A volunteer-run non-profit, SHF raises funds for the medical and veterinary care of lost & abandoned animals, providing them a second chance. SHF funds the SCRAPS Veterinary clinic, enabling SCRAPS to be a No Kill shelter.
