About
SEA COAST AREA FELINE EDUCATION & RESCUE (SAFER), est. 2000, humanely traps, neuters, and medically clears homeless cats. They release or place cats, improving their lives. SAFER educates the public and meets the needs of homeless cats. They care for community cats by setting up shelters and feeding stations. SAFER has cared for over 4,000 cats, servicing towns from Portsmouth to Seabrook.
Mission
SAFER (Seacoast Area Feline Education & Rescue) is dedicated to the well-being of feral and homeless cats and kittens left abandoned. They are a non-profit organization, staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers.
