Senior Transportation Services (STS), founded in 1981, helps residents aged 50+ in Berlin, Meriden, New Britain, Plainville, Southington, and Wallingford, CT, live independently. Volunteer drivers provide safe, reliable, and economical transport to medical appointments and care facilities, enabling clients to age in place. STS increases rides provided, with thousands of rides given annually.
Mission
Senior Transportation Services assists residents aged 50 and over in several Connecticut towns to live independently by providing safe, reliable, and economical medical transportation and visits to loved ones, enabling them to age in place without being homebound.
