SENTENCING ALTERNATIVES PROGRAM INC, founded in 1986, offers adult/juvenile offenders the chance to perform unpaid community service as an alternative to fines or jail. They interview, place, and monitor clients in various organizations, benefiting both the community and the individual.
Mission
Sentencing Alternatives Program (SAP) works with adults and minors referred by courts to perform community service in lieu of fines or incarceration. The program interviews, places, and monitors clients in organizations where they perform assigned hours.
