Mentor Programme
{Mentorship programme is designed to help teens find the career path that best suits them.}
Wind Ensemble
Advanced ensemble focusing on sophisticated music, musicianship, and performance at concerts, festivals, and competitions. After-school rehearsals and private lessons are essential.
Symphonic Band
Intermediate band expanding on skills learned in Concert Band, focusing on enrichment and diverse styles. Performances include concerts, festivals, and competitions.
Concert Band
Develops foundational musical skills, performing varied repertoire from all periods including modern and pop. Performances include concerts and festivals.
Chamber Orchestra
Advanced string ensemble emphasizing musicianship and sophisticated literature. Combines with String Orchestra and Wind Ensemble for Symphony Orchestra performances.
String Orchestra
Develops string skills, performing varied repertoire. Combines with Chamber Orchestra and Wind Ensemble for Symphony Orchestra performances.
Jazz Band
Explores jazz elements like swing, blues, funk, rock, and Latin styles. Offered after school through SVUSD Community Services.

Serrano Instrumental Music Association supports Serrano High School's music and dance programs. Founded in 2014, the organization raises funds and promotes the programs to enhance the students' musical and artistic experiences.
