Home Care
Provides personal care in the home with a registered nurse developing a care plan and a qualified Certified Nursing Aide carrying it out.
Living-at-Home
Assists Medicaid-eligible adults with disabilities with daily activities at home, enabling them to live with dignity.
Meals-on-Wheels
Delivers hot meals, groceries, and frozen meals to local seniors who have difficulty leaving home.
Senior Lunch Program
Offers seniors a warm, friendly atmosphere, a hearty lunch, health screenings, socialization, and activities at four sites.
Williams Adult Day Center
Provides a structured day program for older adults in a nurturing environment, allowing caregivers to continue their work and family responsibilities.
Creative Connections
Invites older adults to experience the arts through in-person classes and collaborations with nonprofit partners and professional artists.
Elder Care Choices

Services for Seniors, Inc., established in 2009, provides compassionate case management for elderly residents (kupuna) on Hawai'i Island, enabling them to live safely at home for as long as possible. They assess needs, develop personalized care plans, offer durable medical equipment, and coordinate short-term services like adult day health, personal care, and transportation through the Kupuna Care grant. Their mission is to support the self-worth and dignity of frail, homebound elderly individuals.
