The Seymour Osman Community Center (SOCC), established in 2002, serves as a haven for children in the Mineral and Whittier Park community of Dover, NH. Equipped with a gymnasium, classrooms, and a kitchen, the center provides youth-oriented activities and educational skills. It also focuses on parental support, life experiences, and crime prevention through partnerships, with the goal of helping children compete in life and develop grit, work ethic, and conflict resolution skills.
Mission
Helping children and adults by providing educational skills, parental support and life experiences so children will be able to better compete in life. We do this by focusing on the development of grit & work ethic, conflict resolution skills, clear goals, and confidence.
