Shape Up US, a 501c3 nonprofit, empowers children and families to lead healthier, happier lives by providing educational tools and resources. Founded in 2002 (renamed Shape Up US in 2010), they focus on overall health through physical exercise, nutrition, and mental/emotional well-being. Their programs include the Hip Hop Healthy Heart Program for Children and Clap4Health!, promoting awareness, education, and action to combat heart disease, obesity, and diabetes.
