About
The Sharks Alumni Foundation, launched in 2017, strengthens the Bay Area youth sports community by granting underserved youth the opportunity to play sports. Founded by former San Jose Sharks players, the foundation aims to remove financial obstacles preventing kids from participating in supervised amateur athletic programs through fundraisers and community events. They aspire to support other local causes and assist fellow alumni.
Mission
The Sharks Alumni Foundation strengthens the Bay Area youth sports community and supports other local causes through visionary leadership and partnerships with local organizations. They aim to make a difference in San Jose for Sharks fans and the greater Bay Area.
