SHELLA FOUNDATION, est. 2004, empowers seniors, children, veterans, and people with disabilities to live independently at home. Named for Shelton and Della Foster, who cared for their daughter Debbie, the foundation assists families facing similar challenges, providing financial support and advocating for quality care.
