Sigma Kappa Sorority, though founded in 1874, empowers women through lifelong connection, sisterhood, and intellectual and social development. With values of personal growth, friendship, service, and loyalty, they inspire members to lead lives of purpose. Sigma Kappa contributes to Alzheimer's research, environmental awareness (Inherit the Earth), and supports the Maine Seacoast Mission and gerontology initiatives.
