Skaneateles Area Arts Council (SKARTS), est. 1991, champions local artists and arts groups by providing funding and visibility. SKARTS presents arts programming, concerts, studio tours, and other activities to support community grants. Its mission is celebrating the visual + performing arts by creating an environment where community + cultural activity thrive.
