About
The Society for Nanlaoshu, founded in 1987 under Master Ham King Koo, is dedicated to preserving and sharing the ancient Nanlaoshu longevity practice. As a 501(c)3 organization, it relies on the generosity of board members and teachers who donate their time to sustain the society and share the practice.
Mission
The Society for Nanlaoshu preserves and shares an ancient Chinese longevity practice. Through meditation and physical movement, they pursue health and well-being, returning to a natural state of balance and harmony.
