SOS Cats RVA, founded in 2003, is an all-volunteer TNR organization dedicated to helping community cats in Central VA. Their mission is to protect and advocate for these cats through spay/neuter, rescue, adoption, and education, building a humane community that reduces feline overpopulation and suffering.
