The South Carolina Association of Governmental Purchasing Officials (SCAGPO), founded in 2004, is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting public procurement professionals in South Carolina. As an affiliate of the National Institute of Public Procurement, SCAGPO's mission is to ethically support, develop, and promote the public procurement profession through education, outreach, current technology, and the collaborative exchange of information.
