The South East Area Coalition (SEAC), founded in 1973, promotes quality of life in Rochester's South East area. SEAC connects residents and community partners to resources, advocates for anti-poverty initiatives, supports childhood health, education, community development, neighborhood preservation, and local businesses. They facilitate community and economic development in southeast Rochester.
