The South Line Volunteer Fire Company, founded in 1947 in Cheektowaga, NY, is dedicated to protecting the community through fire prevention, protection, and emergency medical services. As a 100% volunteer fire company with an ISO Class 2 rating, they provide 24/7 services at no direct cost. They also offer Advanced Life Support status and have a Fire Explorers program for teens.

The South Line Fire District is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to its community through prevention, protection, and preservation. They provide fire and rescue services with Advanced Life Support skills and coordinated fireground efforts.
