South Shore SNAP, est. 2014, provides athletic and recreational activities for children and young adults (ages 4-22) with cognitive and physical disabilities. It fosters a supportive environment promoting kindness, teamwork, and acceptance. Programs are run by volunteers and aim to enrich the lives of participants, families, and the community, offering after-school, weekend, and summer programs.

South Shore SNAP is a non-profit organization providing athletic and recreational activities for children and young adults with different abilities and special needs.
