Spouses of Houston Barristers, founded in 1957, is a civic organization dedicated to promoting unity among spouses of Houston lawyers and enhancing the legal profession's image through civic, cultural, and social services. They provide scholarships to law students and host the Barristers' Ball to raise funds. They are a chapter of the National Association of the Bench and Bar Spouses.
